To request a repair to be done on your Nintendo Switch Joy-Con, head over to our CONTACT section on the website. Fill out the required fields and type "repair" in the Subject.

 

In the message field, you can give a short description of the issue or even leave a phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way (otherwise we will be contacting you via email). We will get back to you with a date to meet at our office to do the repair.

Charges are as follows:

• $25 Service Charge / Open Joy-con (this charge is applied once we have to open the joy-con and do a repair. If no repair is done, charge is void)

• $25 Replace per Joystick

• $2 Replace per button

• $2 Replace Silicone Pad
