Joy-Con Repair
To request a repair to be done on your Nintendo Switch Joy-Con, head over to our CONTACT section on the website. Fill out the required fields and type "repair" in the Subject.
In the message field, you can give a short description of the issue or even leave a phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way (otherwise we will be contacting you via email). We will get back to you with a date to meet at our office to do the repair.
Charges are as follows:

$25 Service Charge / Open Joy-con (this charge is applied once we have to open the joy-con and do a repair. If no repair is done, charge is void)

$25 Replace per Joystick

$2 Replace per button

$2 Replace Silicone Pad
30-day warranty on all repairs
Console Cleaning
To request a cleaning to be done on your PS5 or other console, head over to our CONTACT section on the website. Fill out the required fields and type "cleaning" in the Subject.
In the message field, you can give a short description of the issue or even leave a phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way (otherwise we will be contacting you via email). We will get back to you with a date to meet at our office to do the repair.
Charges are as follows:

$25 for full cleaning (dust and debris removal)

$10 for visual improvement on PS5 (optional)
Discounted when paired with cleaning.
